In the heart of Île Saint-Louis, this project brings together two apartments to create an 80 sqm living space, rooted in the historic character of the place while bringing it comfort and conviviality.

The renovation focuses on highlighting the original features, with the restoration of the exposed beams and the rehabilitation of the fireplace, both of which shape the identity of the space.

The apartment now includes two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

On the floor, travertine tiles reinterpret a traditional material, bringing both brightness and continuity while preserving the authentic spirit of old tiles. A bespoke glass partition and a dark wood kitchen were created in a search for harmony in materials.

A project that seeks the right balance between architectural heritage and contemporary living.
