Complete renovation, façade opening, and interior decoration of a 97 sqm apartment and its 50 sqm terrace. Conceived as a defining architectural gesture, the façade opening takes shape in the creation of a bespoke curved bay window, the true signature of the project. It softens the lines, captures the light, and creates a fluid dialogue between inside and outside.

The kitchen was entirely designed by PAJE and custom-made. The project also includes the creation of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The materials used include polished concrete, terrazzo, wood, glass, and stone.
